Come on out to Deb Belden’s acclaimed restaurant in Felida for an unforgettable evening of wine and food on November 11th.
The king of Big Reds, Confluence Vineyard, will be joining forces with Farrar’s Bistro for this special dinner. Winemakers Greg and Jae Weber will be there to share their wines and unforgettable story. For those lucky enough to attend this dinner, you’ll enjoy wines poured by these two icons of the SW Washington state wine scene.
The cuisine is in the supremely capable hands of talented chef, Wes Burgess, known for his forward-thinking innovations in cooking. He’ll be bringing his modern cooking styles and refined craft cooking to ensure a perfect pairing with the wines.
Begin the evening with a Meet and Greet in the lounge featuring the 2016 Yakima Valley Chardonnay and small bites before heading to the family-style table, set in the cozy, candlelit dining room.
